Wales, Gower Peninsula.

These are some views over Three Cliffs Bay from our
caravan.

'Fools on the Hill!'

Here we are perched on top of the cliff. It looks as though we are the only ones on the site but no, it's just that when we turned up on a very busy bank holiday it was the only place available. Despite being booked in for months the owner had let all the flat pitches.
Lesson number one.........always turn up
early! Though windy at times we had a good view.

This is Rhosili Bay a favourite for hang gliders.... but not today.

Oxwich Bay was our favourite, the dogs loved racing through the dunes. Getting there early meant we could park right on the beach.

We stayed at;

Three Cliffs Bay caravan and camping site
North Hills Farm
Gower, Swansea.

This site is accessed via a narrow road, but to be fair most roads are narrow here.
The site does take tents and some of the camping area is on a steep slope. There is a shop that sells essensials. The facilities are nothing to shout about but are functional and clean.
A steep uneven scramble down will take you to the small beautiful bay, there is another route but this is a lot further.
